Please Note - as of November 2024 our office will be a NON-ASSIGNMENT practice. Please bring your insurance information with you. We will bill the insurance provider on your behalf BUT you will be responsible to pay the balance at the time of the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY - 3 business days for Hygiene or Consultation appointments & 5 business days for surgical appointments. A $200 fee may be applied to short notice cancellations.

Becoming a patient

When your dentist determines that specialized treatment is required related to your gum health and the supporting structures of your teeth, they will provide a referral to our clinic. After receiving your referral, our team will contact you to schedule your intake appointment.
